Job summary

Appian is seeking a Senior Advisory Solutions Consultant to serve as a trusted adviser for federal agencies, partners, and product teams. In a remote field role, you will own account strategy and lead technical orchestration for strategic opportunities.

You will translate complex agency requirements into innovative technical solutions, run executive workshops, and help shape our Enterprise-Grade Orchestration platform.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or business field.
• 8+ years in Pre-Sales or 10+ years in client-facing professional services or technical consulting.
• Hands-on programming or technical fluency in Java, JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, SQL.
• Excellent communication and leadership with the ability to engage executives.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the region.

Responsibilities

• Own Account Strategy: Develop technical strategy for strategic accounts and complex sales campaigns.
• Facilitate Executive Workshops: Lead roadmap sessions and workshops to connect objectives to Appian capabilities.
• Architect Custom Solutions: Scope and deliver POCs and POVs with executive sponsorship.
• Navigate Complex Landscapes: Understand ERP/CRM/data/workflow/AI to integrate Appian solutions.
• Own Technical Validation: Lead responses to RFIs and RFPs, security reviews, and architecture discussions.
• Influence Product Roadmap: Provide customer requirements to Product Management.
• Scale & Mentor: Coach peers and contribute reusable assets and customer success stories.
