Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is hiring a Senior Commercial Actuarial Pricing Manager (Auto) to lead actuarial analysts and consultants. The role focuses on pricing, analytics, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration to drive informed business decisions.

The position requires strong leadership, ACAS certification, and 3+ years of commercial insurance experience, with remote work options across the United States. A robust compensation package and bonus opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area and 5 years of post bachelor experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis on commercial insurance
• Graduate degree in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area
• 3+ years experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis on personal lines insurance
• 3+ years commercial insurance experience
• ACAS (Associate in Casualty Actuarial Society)
• 3+ years experience managing teams in a supervisory capacity
• Experience performing account-level rating and pricing analyses for complex or high-value commercial insurance opportunities.
• Ability to coach, mentor, evaluate and provide training, guidance and constructive feedback to professional staff
• Experience serving as a client-facing partner, presenting analyses, recommendations, and pricing strategies to internal and external stakeholders.
• In depth knowledge of the Commercial Auto industry and knowledge of the Commercial insurance marketplace in general.
• Travel as needed for role, including enterprise meetings, divisional / team meetings, and other in-person meetings

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop Actuarial Analysts and Consultants with coaching and direction on pricing projects.
• Oversee actuarial analyses and support business decision-making to ensure timely, high-quality work.
• Review consultants' and analysts' work to ensure successful project completion.
• Manage teams' time and workload and provide staffing tradeoffs to leadership.
• Balance business results with constrained human capital while meeting client needs.
• Travel as needed for role and participate in enterprise meetings.
