Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive Accounts Payable in a law firm or legal services.
• Full-cycle AP with coding, approvals, and compliance.
• Experience with carrier invoices or billing guidelines is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables and lookup functions.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage high invoice volume and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Manage high-volume, full-cycle accounts payable, processing 20-50+ invoices daily.
• Review invoices for accuracy, proper coding, approvals, and procedures.
• Prepare and process vendor payments and check requests.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor inquiries.
• Perform vendor account reconciliations and assist with balances.
• Maintain AP records for audit trail.
• Assist with month-end close and accrual support.
• Collaborate with departments to address AP issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve controls and processes.
• Serve as resource to junior AP team members.
