Job summary

ExtraHop is hiring a Senior Accounting Manager to own technical deferred-commission accounting (ASC 340-40), treasury administration, and international governance across multiple foreign entities. Reporting to the Corporate Controller, you will lead close processes and ensure audit-ready documentation.

You will collaborate with Legal and International Accounting, manage global banking portals, KYC reviews, and banking relationships, and drive automation to strengthen controls in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience in the tech industry (SaaS + Hardware) with ASC 340-40 and ASC 606 expertise.
• 3+ years of managing global banking portals and corporate credit card programs.

Responsibilities

• Deferred Commissions Accounting: manage monthly close, deferrals, amortization, and accruals.
• Treasury & Global Banking Administration: oversee portals, KYC reviews, and card programs.
• International Subsidiary Compliance: manage AGMs, filings, and governance across nine entities.
• System Administration: administer close software and automation initiatives.
