Job summary

ExtraHop is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager in the United States to lead technical deferred commissions accounting (ASC 340-40) and global treasury administration. You will oversee international subsidiary governance, bank portals, and AGM filings, driving process automation and cross-functional collaboration with the legal and finance teams.

The role requires a strong background in ASC 340-40 and ASC 606, plus 8+ years in tech accounting and experience with CitiDirect/CitiManager and ERP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience in tech (SaaS + hardware).
• Experience with ASC 340-40 and ASC 606.
• Experience managing global banking portals and KYC/banking compliance.

Responsibilities

• Deferred Commissions Accounting and ASC 340-30 close execution.
• Manage treasury operations, global banking portals, and card programs.
• Governance across nine international entities and AGM filings.
• Automation and process improvements with AI tools and engines.
• Coordinate with Legal and International Accounting for entity setup.
