Job summary

Diakrit provides digital marketing tools for real estate clients worldwide and is hiring a Senior Financial Controller to own our global finance operations. You will lead end-to-end accounting, treasury, and controls across multiple entities, drive month-end close, strengthen internal controls, and partner with outsourced partners to scale the finance function.

Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification.
• 10+ years in financial control or senior finance roles.
• Fluent English in written and spoken form.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders with financial insights.
• Deep expertise in financial reporting, group consolidation, and compliance.
• Experience across ERP ecosystems; NetSuite required, QuickBooks/Xero preferred.
• Direct experience leading statutory audits with Big 4 firms.
• Strong treasury acumen including forecasting and intercompany funding.
• Advanced Excel and BI tool proficiency.
• Excellent communication and cross-cultural collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own global accounting, treasury, and finance operations.
• Lead month-end close for 20 entities across 8 countries.
• Maintain internal controls and coordinate audits with PwC.
• Oversee group cash flow, liquidity, and banking controls.
• Own ERP & systems architecture, drive automation and integration.
• Build scalable finance processes and improve controls.
• Lead and develop a dispersed accounting team and partners.
