Trading Technologies Limited is seeking a Senior Tax & Treasury Accountant to own our tax function across global entities and support treasury activities including cash management and banking operations. You will work with external advisors, auditors, and FP&A to ensure timely compliance and accurate tax reporting in a fast-paced, private-equity-backed SaaS environment.

This role requires solid ASC 740 knowledge, U.S.

Formación

• 3+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting or corporate tax.
• 5+ years for Manager level candidates.
• Knowledge of ASC 740 and multi-state corporate income tax.
• Experience with indirect tax (sales/use, VAT/GST).
• Hands-on cash management and banking operations exposure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA (or MST/CTP) a plus.
• Experience with tax software (Avalara, Vertex) and provision tools (OneSource, Longview).

Responsabilidades

• Prepare US federal, state, and international income tax compliance and filings.
• Prepare quarterly and annual ASC 740 tax provisions.
• Oversee indirect tax compliance including sales/use tax for SaaS offerings.
• Support transfer pricing documentation and intercompany charge calculations.
• Coordinate with external advisors and tax authorities.
• Manage daily cash positions and intercompany transfers.
• Maintain bank relationships and KYC processes.
• Improve tax and treasury processes via automation.
