Job summary

Earned is seeking a hands-on Senior Accounting Operations Manager to own the core accounting engine of a fast-growing, multi-entity financial services platform. You will lead day-to-day accounting operations in NetSuite, including close, cash and treasury management, and tax compliance support.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• 5+ years hands-on NetSuite (OneWorld/multi-subsidiary preferred).
• 3+ years managing accounting staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AP, fixed assets, prepaids, and intercompany accounting.
• Maintain reconciliations for all balance sheet accounts and resolve items.
• Prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements and flux analysis.
