Job summary

Troveo is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to own the monthly close, licensor and partner payouts, receivables, and day-to-day finance operations. This is a fully remote role reporting to the CFO, with overlap to Pacific Time business hours.

You will build scalable processes, work with management on financial implications of decisions, and serve as the finance contact for the Supply Side team and licensors. The role evolves with the business as deal volume grows.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting with monthly close ownership.
• Startup or high-growth environment experience building practical processes and controls.
• Contract-driven financial operations such as royalties, revenue share, licensing, or partner payments.
• Strong US GAAP and revenue-recognition knowledge.
• Hands-on QuickBooks experience and advanced Excel; ability to build reconciliations.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly close calendar and deliver accurate, documented close.
• Manage licensor and partner payouts from calculation through reporting.
• Reconcile payments against contracts, advances, recoupment and schedules.
• Reconcile Tipalti and Ramp activity for audit trails and dashboards.
• Handle customer invoicing, receivables, collections, and disputes.
• Coordinate with tax advisers on 1099/ withholding and compliance.
• Oversee payroll, contractor payments, and benefits administration using TriNet/Deel.
