Whip Media is seeking an Accounting Manager / Senior Accounting Manager to own the day-to-day accounting function, drive the monthly close, and be the CFO's right hand. This hands-on role will manage a remote team and push automation, AI-assisted reconciliation, and scalable controls.

You will oversee multi-entity (US/UK) SaaS accounting, ASC 606, ASC 740, and the annual financial statement audit, while partnering with leadership and the finance function to deliver accurate, timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 6+ years progressive accounting experience (8+ for Senior Accounting Manager), with at least 3 years in SaaS.
• Advanced, hands-on QuickBooks Online experience, multi-entity and multi-currency.

Responsabilités

• Own the monthly, quarterly and year-end close in QuickBooks Online, including journal entries, accruals, prepaids and reconciliations.
• Consolidate a multi-entity group (US parent + UK subsidiary) with multi-currency accounting.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and leadership/board reporting.
• Oversee audits, tax, compliance and external auditor relationships.
• Manage outsourced remote accounting team across time zones.
