Job summary

Tribute Technology is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead daily accounting operations for our ecommerce platform. You will own month-end closes, drive improvements, and partner with FP&A and operations to maintain accurate financial reporting.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of accounting experience, including supervisory roles, and strong US GAAP knowledge. This is a fully remote role across North America with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible accounting experience.
• At least 2 years supervisory or team-lead experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and month-end close processes.
• Experience with ERP and financial-reporting systems; advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities for the Legacy Touch business.
• Manage journal entries, reconciliations, and close processes.
• Review reconciliations and assist staff in resolving discrepancies.
• Analyze monthly financial statements and provide insights to leaders.
• Drive process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency.
• Support audits, tax engagements, and system implementations.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
