Supporting Strategies is seeking an experienced accounting professional for a part‑time, work‑from‑home role that supports multiple clients while maintaining a healthy work‑life balance. The position offers traditional daytime hours (8:00 am – 5:00 pm in US time zones) with a focus on remote bookkeeping and operational support through our cloud platform, serving clients across the country.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Business, 5+ years in full‑cycle accounting,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience (e.g., AP, AR, monthly closings, financial reporting).
1+ years of transactional accounting using QuickBooks or NetSuite.
Experience in a multi-client environment.
Ability to work during standard business hours (8:00 am–5:00 pm in US time zones).
Strong client relationship management and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional accounting and operational service to clients.
Onboard new client engagements according to defined processes.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, monthly closings, and financial reporting.
Collaborate with managers and team to ensure client satisfaction.
Manage day-to-day client relationships within defined processes and budgets.
Suggest additional services or tools to increase client value.
