This role supports multiple clients from home, performing full‑cycle accounting tasks such as AP/AR, closing monthly books, and producing financial reports. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Business, 5+ years of full‑cycle experience, and familiarity with QuickBooks or NetSuite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience.
• 1+ years of transactional accounting with QuickBooks or NetSuite.
• Experience in a multi-client environment preferred.
• Ability to work during standard business hours (8:00 AM–5:00 PM ET).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional accounting and operational service to multiple clients.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable, monthly close, and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with managers and associates to ensure client satisfaction.
• Assist with client onboarding and tool implementation.
