Job summary

JLL is seeking a Finance Director to serve as the strategic financial leader, reporting to the Senior Finance Director and partnering with senior leaders. You’ll lead a high-performing FP&A team, drive planning, forecasting, and performance insights, and enable faster, data-driven decisions aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience with at least 5 years in FP&A.
• 5 years of direct management/supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic financial leader and advisor to executives.
• Own monthly/quarterly variance reporting and planning.
• Translate financial performance into executive dashboards for stakeholders.
• Lead FP&A team and staff development; drive process improvements.
