Labcorp seeks a remote Senior Account Manager to join our Managed Care team in the United States. You will manage complex payer relationships, onboard new clients, and collaborate across product and operations to ensure service delivery aligns with client objectives.

The role requires 5+ years in healthcare client success or account management, strong communication, and project-management skills. A bachelor’s degree is required; Masters preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with health plans and payer clients.
• Coordinate outreach for prospective partners across internal teams.
• Utilize CRM to track client data, renewals, and insights.
• Monitor KPI, NPS, renewal/adoption metrics and drive improvements.
• Develop tailored proposals for non-traditional clients.
• Collaborate with operations/product teams to align delivery.
• Provide analytics on operational/financial performance.
• Support sales presentations and team preparedness.
• Negotiate SLAs and timelines with internal resources.
