Job summary

Spring Health, a leading remote‑first mental health company, seeks a Senior Program Manager to own payer partnerships across the end‑to‑end RCM lifecycle. You’ll coordinate credentialing, rostering, claims adjudication, and CX improvements, driving accountability across teams to prevent issues from slipping through the cracks.

You’ll work with Operations and Business Development to turn insights into action, improve payer performance, and ensure timely payer initiatives across the portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Track open payer issues end‑to‑end with clear ownership and accountability across cross‑functional teams until resolution.
• Drive measurable outcomes by improving RCM efficiency and revenue performance, delivering better experiences for Alma providers and clients.
• Coordinate with internal operations teams to connect dots across stakeholders, subteams, and workflows to resolve interdependencies.
• Serve as primary operational contact for BD counterparts, triaging and coordinating new payer/claims/roster/escalation requirements for assigned payers.
• Collaborate with Business Development on payer calls to align stakeholders and move issues to resolution.
• Monitor for new payer requirements and evolving mergers; mobilize internal teams to implement changes before they become problems.
• Track and report RCM performance by payer, surfacing trends and risks to drive improvement.
