Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a remote Manager, Client Success to join the Gaps in Care team, driving retention and growth across enterprise accounts. The role requires leading cross-functional collaboration, forecasting revenue, and delivering strategic client solutions.

The successful candidate will manage a high-impact book of business, with 7+ years in customer-facing roles, Salesforce proficiency, and travel up to 20%. A bachelor’s degree is required.

Qualifications

• 7 years’ customer-facing experience in customer success, account management, customer support or sales managing complex health plan customers.
• Experience understanding client needs, objectives, and pain points related to quality performance and gaps in care solutions.
• Familiarity with quality programs (HEDIS, Medicare Stars, NCQA) and using Salesforce for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers to align client goals with internal objectives.
• Identify expansion opportunities and drive portfolio performance improvements.
• Retain and grow book of business while meeting contractual obligations and SLAs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful service delivery.
• Forecast book of business revenue and lead training for other teams.
• Provide strategic recommendations to optimize ways of working and client outcomes.
