Job summary

WorkWhile is hiring an Account Manager for the Last Mile, Logistics & Warehousing pod. You will manage a portfolio of accounts including last-mile providers, 3PLs, and warehousing operators, ensuring skilled workers are available to keep operations running smoothly, especially during peak periods.

You will serve as the primary client contact, driving satisfaction, retention, and growth while partnering with Sales and Ops to meet client demand and operational goals across multiple facilities.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of proven experience as an Account Manager in logistics, warehousing, or staffing.
• Ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience managing multi-site or enterprise accounts is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead point of contact for all account management matters and strategy.
• Build and maintain relationships with site managers and operations leaders.
• Understand client operating environments to proactively meet workforce needs.
• Maintain and grow client contracts and identify upsell opportunities.
• Forecast and track key account metrics and provide health reports.
