Job summary

WorkWhile is seeking an Account Manager to join our Last Mile, Logistics & Warehousing pod. You will manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring staffing for forklift operators, pickers and packers, and drivers to keep operations running smoothly, especially during peak seasons and new site launches.

You will be the primary client contact, driving satisfaction, retention, and growth while acting as a strategic partner who understands fast-paced logistics operations.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of proven Account Manager experience, ideally in logistics or warehousing.
• Strong understanding of warehouse and delivery operations and staffing challenges in high-volume environments.
• Ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead point of contact for all account management matters, including staffing planning and escalations.
• Build and maintain relationships with site managers and operations leaders.
• Understand client operating environments and proactively meet workforce needs.
• Grow contracts and identify upsell opportunities across sites, shifts, and regions.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships aligning WorkWhile's solutions to client goals.
• Ensure timely fulfillment of shifts and workforce solutions in line with SLAs.
• Forecast and track key metrics like fill rates, worker performance, and revenue growth.
