Job summary

WorkWhile is seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee a portfolio in last-mile, logistics and warehousing. You will own account health, forecast demand, and report on key metrics while partnering with Sales and Operations to grow presence and ensure supply meets demand.

You will build relationships with site managers, operations leaders, and HR stakeholders, resolve escalations quickly, and utilize CRM tools to drive negotiations and outcomes that support a scalable staffing model.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of account management experience in logistics or staffing.
• Strong understanding of warehouse and delivery operations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and CRM skills.

Responsibilities

• Own account health, forecasting, and reporting on key metrics.
• Build a portfolio across last-mile, logistics, and warehousing accounts.
