WorkWhile is seeking an Account Manager to join our Merchandising, Retail & Auto pod. You will manage a portfolio of accounts from big-box retailers to brands, ensuring the right in-store and distribution workforce for peak seasons and remodels.

You will be the primary client contact, driving satisfaction, retention, and growth while collaborating with sales and operations to meet demand across locations and regions.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5+ years of Account Manager experience in retail, merchandising, staffing, or workforce solutions.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, labor dynamics, and staffing challenges in high-volume environments.
• Experience managing multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce or similar) and Google Suite.
• Track record of delivering client-focused solutions and achieving retention and growth targets.

Aufgaben

• Lead as the primary point of contact for client accounts, including staffing planning and strategy.
• Build and sustain long-lasting relationships with store, district, merchandising, HR leaders, and other stakeholders.
• Understand client environments—seasonal hiring surges, calendars, and inventory events—to meet workforce needs.
• Grow contracts and identify upsell opportunities across locations and regions.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships and align WorkWhile solutions with client goals.
• Ensure timely fulfillment of shifts and workforce solutions per SLAs.
• Communicate progress of workforce initiatives to internal teams and clients.
• Forecast and track metrics like fill rates, worker performance, and revenue growth.
• Prepare regular account health reports and business reviews.
