Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of progressive sales/account management experience.
• Experience managing complex accounts with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong commercial/financial acumen including pricing, profitability, forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable revenue and gross margin growth through strategic new business development and expansion of existing relationships.
• Achieve sales, gross margin, and new business objectives.
• Develop and execute account/territory plans identifying priorities, dynamics and risks.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through targeted prospecting and disciplined execution.
• Lead complex opportunities involving multiple decision-makers and pricing considerations.
• Establish trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders as a strategic partner.
