Qualifications

5+ years of industry experience.
Active licensing is required.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Strong organizational, delegation, and decision-making skills.
High accuracy in handling large work volumes.
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
High School Diploma (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

Client Management: Manage book of business and meet performance requirements.
Client Service: Deliver outstanding service and respond quickly.
Team Leadership: Lead the account team with a strong work ethic.
Daily Activities: Direct daily activities of Account Coordinators and monitor execution.
Business Growth: Identify sales opportunities to grow IOA business.
New Business Setup: Manage data gathering and client file creation for new clients.
Renewals: Manage renewals and verify client data with clients and carriers.
