Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience in employee benefits.
• Active active license required for the role.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational, delegation, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data handling.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage book of business and meet performance requirements.
• Deliver outstanding client service and respond quickly.
• Lead the account team with a strong work ethic.
• Direct daily activities of Account Coordinators and assign tasks.
• Identify sales opportunities to grow IOA business.
• Manage new business setup and data gathering.
• Oversee renewals and verify client data.
• Build strong client and carrier relationships.
• Advise on value-added solutions for clients.
• Ensure data accuracy and reporting of plan performance.
• Support training and professional development.
• Maintain clear communication with Producers and team.
• Ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Champion IOA values and leadership.
