You will champion client relationships and oversee data management for benefits programs.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of industry experience, active licensing, and excellence in communication, organization, and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience.
• Active licensing required.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational, delegation, and decision-making skills.
• High accuracy in handling large work volumes.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Manage book of business and meet performance requirements.
• Deliver outstanding client service and respond quickly.
• Lead the account team with a strong work ethic.
• Direct daily activities of Account Coordinators.
• Identify sales opportunities to grow IOA business.
• Coordinate new business setup and data gathering.
• Manage renewals and verify client data with carriers.
• Build and improve client relationships.
• Advocate for clients and carriers.
• Identify and implement value-added solutions.
• Analyze and report client plan performance data.
• Develop positive carrier relationships.
• Support team training and promote a positive environment.
• Maintain transparent communication with Producers and team.
• Ensure adherence to policies and industry standards.
• Champion IOA values.
