Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience
• Active licensing required
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational, delegation, and decision-making skills
• High accuracy in handling large work volumes
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• High School Diploma (or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business with performance targets and risk control.
• Deliver outstanding client service, respond quickly to requests, and maintain professional communication.
• Lead the account team and coordinate daily tasks of Account Coordinators.
• Direct daily activities and assign tasks, monitor execution, and propose improvements.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities to grow IOA business.
• Oversee new business setup, data gathering, and client education.
• Manage renewals by verifying data, obtaining rates, and coordinating with carriers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and advocate for clients and carriers.
