You will lead sales initiatives, coordinate with engineering and service teams, and train dealer personnel to maximize customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes strategic selling, field support, and ensuring timely delivery and installation. Travel up to 50% is expected, with remote engagement across regions.

Qualifications

5+ years of sales experience in mining/construction markets.
Experience with GET products is preferred.

Responsibilities

Drive sales growth for Ground Engagement Tools (GET) and attachments by expanding dealer networks.
Develop and execute sales strategies with weekly itineraries and call reports.
Lead trainings for dealers on product applications, pricing, and services.
Coordinate with customer service for order processing and issue resolution.
Monitor sales pipeline, inquiries, and delivery status.
Collaborate with engineering to identify product improvements.
