Job summary

Komatsu America Corp. in the United States seeks an Attachment Account Manager to own customer relationships and lead all aspects of parts, components and services for distributors and major accounts.

You will liaise with product support and factory engineering to ensure clear communication of issues and drive improvements for uptime and customer satisfaction. The role also focuses on growing sales and field service in the US market, coordinating with internal teams to ensure parts availability

Qualifications

• 5+ years of parts and/or operations leadership experience.
• Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Strong communication and leadership across multiple levels.
• Strategic thinker with ability to translate opportunities into client value.

Responsibilities

• Be the key contact for assigned dealer and customer accounts on products, parts, availability, invoicing, meetings and contracts.
• Maintain a trusting relationship and act as liaison between dealer, customer and factories.
• Ensure dealer and external customer expectations regarding parts and equipment are met.
• Develop contingency plans for addressing shortages quickly and cost-effectively.
• Accountability for operational processes and delivering performance on budget.
• Represent the corporate view to ensure consistent application of processes and guidelines.
• Support attachments management to foster collaboration across sales, service, parts and support groups.
