Job summary

Komatsu in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Field Sales Manager to drive growth for Ground Engagement Tools (GET) and attachments, while managing dealer networks and providing technical program oversight to maximize customer satisfaction and business performance.

You will develop sales strategies, train dealers, coordinate with engineering and service teams, and lead cross-functional efforts to improve product reliability and field uptime across construction, mining, and attachment lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Engineering/related field.
• 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in mining/construction markets.
• 5+ years of experience with GET products preferred.
• Willingness to travel (approx. 50%).
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales volume for GET and attachments through Komatsu dealers/customers.
• Develop and execute sales strategies and weekly itineraries.
• Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities and end-user visits.
• Set dealer targets and train personnel on products and pricing.
• Coordinate with Hensley customer service to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery.
