Job summary

You will work with Komatsu dealers and customers to grow business, manage training initiatives, and coordinate cross-functional teams for product support and improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in mining and construction markets.
• 5+ years of experience with GET products preferred.
• Strong technical acumen and data analysis ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales volume for GET products and attachments with dealers and customers.
• Develop and execute sales strategies and weekly itineraries.
• Identify opportunities including end-user visits and new projects.
• Train and support dealer personnel on product applications and pricing.
• Attend sales meetings, trade shows, and dealer trainings.
• Monitor sales pipeline and coordinate with customer service for orders.
