Workday, a Fortune 500 company and leading AI platform for managing people, money, and agents, is hiring a Regional Sales Director for Healthcare in a flexible hybrid setup across USA locations. You will lead Senior Account Executives, drive new business, and coordinate cross-functional teams to close complex cloud-based deals.

You will mentor a high-performing sales team, champion strategic partnerships, and position Workday as a premier cloud partner in the healthcare domain.

Qualifications

12+ years of field sales experience at a SaaS company.
Experience selling cloud/SaaS/ERP solutions.
Experience leading teams in a team selling environment.

Responsibilities

Be a key leader focused on driving new business for Workday.
Lead a team focused on driving complex sales cycles through orchestrating internal teams of pre-sales, value management, bid management, inside sales, marketing and sales support.
Lead a field sales team for your assigned territory and mentor Senior Account Executives.
Position Workday as a viable cloud partner of choice to competitors.
