Job summary

RLG International seeks a Senior Account Executive to advance strategic client relationships and drive consulting growth. This full-time remote role leads discovery, solutioning, and deal negotiations with senior stakeholders in target sectors.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align client needs with performance-improvement offerings, while sustaining a robust pipeline and expanding engagements with diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Experience with executive-level stakeholders and complex orgs.
• Proven business development and consultative sales experience.
• Background in performance improvement or management consulting ideal.
• Excellent communication, presentation and storytelling abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data insight.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment with multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel to meet clients on-site as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic client relationships with senior leaders.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, proposals, contracts.
• Collaborate with internal consulting teams to craft client solutions.
• Ensure high-quality delivery and strong client satisfaction.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline through outreach, networking, and industry research.
