• 2+ years of selling court reporting services to law firms.
• Demonstrated success in sales, negotiation, communication and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Leads profitability growth and manages a sales territory in line with company vision.
• Strong rolodex with law firms in the territory.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads and grow current book of business.
• Source and develop client referrals.
• Develop and maintain a customer database.
• Plan and conduct direct marketing activities.
• Manage cases and coordinate with customer service to improve client satisfaction.
• Perform quality checks on product and service delivery.
• Analyze market pricing and competition.
• Attend educational events and networking opportunities.
• Present sales proposals and contracts to current and potential clients.
