Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience selling Court Reporting services to law firms
• Demonstrated success in sales, negotiation, communication and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
• Provides leadership towards profitability and growth of sales territory
• Establishes plans to expand the customer base in the marketing area
• Must have strong rolodex with law firms within your territory
• Bachelor's degree required

• Generate and qualify leads and grow the current book of business
• Source and develop client referrals
• Develop and maintain a customer database
• Maintain sales and promotional materials and conduct direct marketing
• Manage cases with customer service and report progress
• Perform quality checks on product and service delivery
• Analyze competitors for market pricing, products and services
• Attend educational events, trade shows and networking events
• Develop and present sales proposals and presentations to clients
• Negotiate with clients and develop sales contracts
• Present sales contracts and conduct product training
• Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports
• Respond to inquiries and concerns by phone, email, or in person
• Ensure customer satisfaction and strong client relationships
• Follow up on sales activities
• OTE $200,000 +++
