This full-cycle, hunter-led role emphasizes consultative selling to owners, GMs and operations leaders at properties with 25+ units. The position is fully remote and based in California, with strong CRM forecasting expectations.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B sales for vacation rental, PMS, or short-term rental software/services.
• Hunter mentality with own pipeline and closed deals.
• Existing network across professional vacation rental managers is a plus.
• Experience with expansion and cross-sell selling.
• Strong consultative selling, presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and close a pipeline of new vacation rental management partners across your territory.
• Partner with Account Managers to cross-sell the offering into existing customers.
• Sell consultatively, driving bookings and homeowner acquisition.
• Represent the business at industry conferences and events.
• Manage territory and forecast accurately in the CRM.
