Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team and producers.
• Track policy expirations and ensure renewals are processed on time.
• Handle policy endorsements, cancellations, and billing items.
• Support new and renewal business processes and submissions.
• Maintain accuracy in agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
