Insurance Office of America is seeking a Senior Account Associate - Commercial Lines to provide administrative and client-focused support to the account team and producers. You’ll help manage policy expirations, renewals, endorsements, and billing while ensuring accuracy and timely service.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in insurance client services, solid knowledge of brokerage processes, and active licensing (CISR preferred).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing; CISR designation preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent customer service, communication, multitasking, and organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team and producers.
• Track policy expirations and ensure renewals are timely.
• Handle endorsements, audits, cancellations, and billing inquiries.
• Support new and renewal business: submissions, proposals, bind coverage.
• Maintain agency systems and data accuracy; monitor activity and suspense.
• Communicate workload status and issues to the account team.
