Vaisala Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager for North American Industrial Instruments to drive growth by expanding our client base in the semiconductor cleanrooms and machinery sectors.

The role is remote with up to 45% travel, preferred on West Coast or Burlington, MA. A minimum of 5 years in semiconductor sales is expected, with a strong track record in strategic relationships and large account management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in semiconductor industry with business development and sales.
• Experience with fabs, OEMs, or capital equipment manufacturers.
• Knowledge of cleanroom standards and metrology in semiconductor apps.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand client base.
• Lead full sales cycle from initial contact to closure with team support.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.
• Present proposals and demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams for materials and content.
