Qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and active listening.
• Able to learn new software quickly.
• Knowledge of medical billing and EOB.

Responsibilities

• Respond to patient billing inquiries by phone, process payments, establish payment plans.
• Submit account concerns and updated insurance information for investigation.
• Document interactions in patient accounts with details and follow-up.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
