Job summary

ECAM is hiring a Remote Services Technician I to support security and monitoring systems from a remote role at Addison, TX. You will troubleshoot IP cameras, VMS, and basic networking while handling calls from technicians and clients with professionalism.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Associate’s Degree in IT/Computer/Engineering/Business preferred.
• Professional Technology Certifications (Microsoft, ITIL, CompTIA, Cisco) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Answer, process, and document incoming calls from technicians and customers.
• Execute troubleshooting steps and identify root causes of issues.
• Maintain ownership and timely resolutions with clear updates to customers.
• Escalate to higher-tier specialists when needed.
• Assist with setting up new monitoring accounts and basic IP camera/networking issues.
