Job summary

Global Axiom Inc. is seeking a Remote Technology Support professional to provide remote engineering support for installations and services of alarm systems. This role involves supporting commercial CCTV and interactive alarm systems, while working remotely during specified hours.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Global Axiom offers a competitive hourly wage and comprehensive benefits including health insurance and 401k.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in field install or service.
• Experience in programming of Bosch, DMP and Honeywell products.
• Ability to read drawings and knowledge of local/national codes.

Responsibilities

• Provide reliable and high-quality remote customer support.
• Perform remote tech support installations of commercial alarm systems.
• Organize and develop customer and team technical resources.
