Job summary

ECAM is seeking a Remote Services Technician I to be the frontline for security system support at our Addison, TX site. You’ll troubleshoot NVRs, cameras, audio devices, and basic networking, guiding customers with clear communication and professional conduct.

In this role you’ll own issues from intake to resolution, work with internal teams, and participate in nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Training is provided to support long-term growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years in a technology role, preferably with basic support.
• Experience with CCTV/IP cameras and VMS is beneficial.
• Familiar with remote troubleshooting tools (VNC/TeamViewer).

Responsibilities

• Answer and document incoming calls from technicians and customers.
• Troubleshoot basic CCTV, IP cameras, networking, and audio devices.
• Escalate issues to higher tier when needed.
• Provide remote guidance to field technicians over the phone.
• Maintain ownership of tickets with timely resolutions.
