Job summary

ECAM is seeking a Remote Services Technician I to be the first point of contact for technicians and clients, diagnosing CCTV/IP camera issues and basic networking while delivering calm, professional support. You’ll work with a connected remote team, with comprehensive training and opportunities for long-term growth in a fast-paced security tech environment.

You will handle calls, perform troubleshooting, and maintain ownership through resolution, with a flexible schedule including nights,

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED required.
• Preferred: Associate’s Degree in IT/Computer/Engineering/Business.
• Professional technology certifications are highly desirable.
• 1–2 years in a technology role, with basic technical support experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer, process, and document incoming calls from technicians and customers.
• Perform troubleshooting steps and identify root causes.
• Maintain ticket ownership and ensure timely resolutions.
• Escalate issues to higher-tier specialists when needed.
• Assist in setting up new monitoring accounts and basic IP camera troubleshooting.
