Job summary

Mobile Communications America, MCA, is seeking a Security Technician to support our growing Security division in the Dallas area. You will install and service enterprise-level security platforms, including CCTV, access control, and intrusion systems, while contributing to project teams.

You will diagnose issues, troubleshoot, and work with customers to ensure quality results. A two-year degree in Electronics/IT is preferred; OSHA certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of experience with installation and service of enterprise-level physical security systems (Access Controls, CCTV, Intrusion).
• Ability to install devices, headend equipment, cabling and connect to the network.
• Basic understanding of mechanical, digital, and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret building floor plans and diagrams.
• Use basic hand and power tools and learn test equipment.
• Capable of troubleshooting basic issues across enterprise-level systems.
• Licensure as required; OSHA 10/30 certification desirable.
• Degree in Electronics/IT or applicable subject preferred.

Responsibilities
