Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of at least four industry certifications related to electronic security systems, networking, or systems integration.
• Ability to travel to customer locations and respond to service calls, including overnight travel.
• Must participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation and respond to urgent service requests within defined windows.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on security systems (access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and supporting infrastructure).
• Serve as primary service technician for designated client sites with on-site hours and ongoing maintenance.
• Provide service coverage for multiple locations, manage tickets, and coordinate repairs.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation with potential 4-hour response windows for critical issues.
• Diagnose complex system issues, replace components, and coordinate with engineering to restore operations.
• Communicate with clients on ticket status, system health, and recommended improvements.
• Complete service reports and ensure documentation meets internal standards and compliance requirements (ISO-9001, CMMI II, DCAA).
• Identify recurring issues and propose long-term solutions or process improvements.
