Allied Risk Management is seeking a Remote Supervisor and Scheduler in New York, overseeing security personnel, managing schedules, and ensuring full shift coverage. Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in supervision, scheduling, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support security personnel across locations in New York City.
• Create, maintain, and adjust work schedules for security staff to ensure full coverage.
• Monitor attendance, track shift changes, and handle scheduling conflicts or emergencies.
• Conduct regular check-ins with security officers to provide guidance and address concerns.
• Coordinate with upper management to understand security needs and adjust staffing accordingly.
• Prepare and submit reports on staffing levels, performance, and operational metrics.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new security personnel.
• Respond to urgent incidents during shifts, providing direction to on-site staff.
• Utilize scheduling software and other tools to optimize workforce deployment.
