Job summary

Marksman Security Corporation seeks a detail-driven Security Scheduling Manager to oversee workforce scheduling and daily logistics for a premier national account. You will manage master rosters across 22 facilities and coordinate with Account Managers, field supervisors, and HR to ensure 100% site coverage.

The role requires 2+ years of supervisory scheduling experience, proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools, and the ability to work across multiple time zones.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years of supervisory experience in security operations or scheduling.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook and scheduling/HRIS platforms.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Build, review, and maintain master rosters across 22 facilities.
• Monitor daily attendance and address call-offs to maintain site coverage.
• Generate weekly labor and performance reports for leadership.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, field supervisors, and HR on coverage.
• Ensure personnel hold required licenses and certifications.
• Document post variances, emergencies, and equipment logs.
