Gallagher Security is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to grow our enterprise presence across Central and Northern Florida. This remote-based role focuses on the Central and North Florida region, ideally within the territory.

You will open new doors, develop strategic accounts, and build long-term customer relationships, guiding opportunities from first contact to close with Gallagher’s Channel Sales Managers and Technical Solution Specialists.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B sales or business development.
• Experience developing enterprise accounts and managing opportunities across the full sales cycle.
• Strong consultative and solution-selling skills, translating customer needs into solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and build long-term relationships.
• Strong commercial judgment for territory and strategic account planning.
• Confident communication and presentation skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage opportunities and pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Drive new enterprise business across Central and Northern Florida, building opportunities.
• Build trusted relationships with enterprise end users, consultants, and influencers.
• Manage opportunities from prospecting to close with strategic account plans.
• Lead customer conversations and solution presentations with Gallagher teams.

• Maintain territory visibility and pipeline with accurate CRM forecasting and planning.
