Job summary

Gallagher Security is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive enterprise opportunities across Central and Northern Florida from a remote base. You will build trusted relationships with end users, consultants, and influencers to grow our security solutions portfolio.

In this consultative role you’ll articulate customer priorities, lead strategic accounts, and partner with Gallagher’s channel and technical teams to close complex deals while expanding market presence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in security or technology.
• Proven track record closing enterprise deals and expanding strategic accounts.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-management skills.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage opportunities and forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Drive new enterprise business across Central and Northern Florida, identifying, developing, and converting opportunities within key vertical markets.
• Build trusted relationships with enterprise end users, consultants, industry influencers, and other key stakeholders, becoming a valued partner in their security strategy.
• Manage opportunities from prospecting through to close, developing strategic account plans and maintaining a strong, sustainable sales pipeline.
• Lead customer conversations and solution presentations, partnering with Gallagher’s technical and channel teams to develop solutions that meet complex customer requirements.
• Stay close to the market, keeping across industry trends, emerging technologies, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Maintain strong visibility of your territory and pipeline through accurate CRM management, forecasting, and regular sales planning.
