Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. in Chantilly, VA seeks a Commercial Service Technician to troubleshoot and service Burglar/Fire Alarm, CCTV and Card Access systems.

You will work with a full set of tools from a remote location and provide customers with practical, timely solutions at the time of service. Requirements include 3 years of experience with Tyco Integrated Security or equivalent, Card Access/CCTV expertise, a valid driver’s license, and a High School Diploma.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience with Tyco Integrated Security or comparable product line.
• Experience with Card Access and CCTV/IP cameras.
• Electrical/Electronic background and valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; pass government background check.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and service Burglar/Fire Alarm, CCTV and Card Access systems.
• Repair or replace faulty equipment and test operation.
• Coordinate inspections and/or installations with authorities as needed.
• Provide customers with solutions and quotes to improve facility efficiency.
